My gym is a private non-intimidating gym located in Noblesville, Indiana. I serve clients from Indianapolis, Fishers, Geist, Carmel, Westfield and Zionsville areas. My clients are male and female and range in age from 16 to 65 years old.

one-on-one- I offer flexible programs in 30, 45, and 60-minute durations. The Personal Training program includes various workouts such as manual resistance, free weights, functional training, machines, stretching and much more. This is the ideal way to keep you moving, raising the heart rate, burning calories & building muscle! Building muscle helps burn more calories that eats the fat!.

SWITCH Circuit Training- A total body condition class created from my private training sessions. The class combines the customization and intensity of one-on-one personal training with exercise variety to make it fun! Limited class size, personal attention, exercise variety and interval training. Comfortable and private studio location.

Couples or Small Group- Training sessions in groups are motivating with a fun atmosphere. Get your friends together and split the cost between you. It's a great way for those looking for that extra kick up the bum!

Corporate Wellness- A fit and healthy work force is a productive work force. Get your staff in shape by arranging some lunch time or after work personal training sessions with me... I can develop a work place health plan or game for your company. The location can be at your office or my gym.

How does my service stand out?
I'm a different kind of trainer because I build a relationship with my clients. I understand that life in itself can change our mood daily which can de-motivate us to NOT workout or choose the right foods. I don't want you to just see or hear me X times a week when you train with me. I want to keep you energized, motivated & encouraged no matter what the day brings through texts, emails, etc.

What I enjoy about the work I do?
I love my job as a trainer because I'm in an atmosphere I'm passionate and am comfortable in. This allows me to help clients feel comfortable and not intimidated in a space they might otherwise. I want the gym to be your second home, know your way around the floor and equipment as I do. I truly enjoy building clients self esteem knowing they are doing wonders for their body & mind.

SWITCH Circuit Training
Saturdays at 9:00am ---- Single sesson $20.00

60 minute HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) starting with yoga to get your mind set on you & you only. Then SWITCHing from station to station hitting every muscle group with top hit DJ music! Followed with a cool down & stretching. All you need is a water bottle, towel and a pumped mindset!
