As humans we can use food as a way to numb our feelings,
control our lives or we can learn to eat in healthy ways in response to what our
mind & body tell us we crave.
It's not rocket science about what foods are truly healthy and which are
not....if it were, I wouldn't be a personal trainer today, as science was not my strong
I will give you the tools and information to guide you to make
the right choices whether at the grocery store or out to dinner at a restaurant,
a wedding or a business conference.
Our nutrition plays 80% of our
bodies outcome when we are exercising. Both food and nutrition go hand in
hand. Without the two together we can not reach our own specific goals, what
ever they may be.
Unless we are prepared for the day and the week ahead
of us, we are 99% most likely to fail in eating clean. Allow me to take the
